Compact Manual Shield Box, Hinged Lid
Desktop-size RF enclosure, opens with one hand, no air supply
Overview
Not every RF test needs a production station. For a module, a board, or a component going through incoming inspection or a repair re-test, a desktop enclosure that opens with one hand is faster than booking time on a line cell.
The lid hinges at the rear and stays open on gas struts, leaving both hands free. A lever handle on the lid seats and compresses the seal in one motion. With the lid open you face the interior connector panel at the rear of the cavity directly, so cables can be swapped without reaching inside.
It runs with no air supply, which means it can sit on any bench. Fixtures and feed-throughs — SMA, DC, USB, RS-232, RJ45 — are configured to the device, and shielding effectiveness, isolation, band coverage, and working volume are set per project rather than quoted as fixed numbers.
