Pneumatic Shield Box, Top Opening

Benchtop pneumatic clamping with front controls and E-stop

Overview

Pneumatic clamping removes the operator from the seal. The cylinder applies the same force every cycle, which is the difference between a shielding figure that holds over a shift and one that drifts as operators get tired.

The front panel carries the cycle buttons, PASS/FAIL indication, and a red emergency stop within reach. A side handle lets the unit be moved between stations.

The enclosure suits wireless terminals, modules, and board-level products on a production or lab station. Shielding band and effectiveness, air supply, dimensions, and control functions are confirmed per project, including the abnormal-condition response.
