5G Smartphone Multi-Antenna Test Station
Fifteen-plus probes, six radio standards, one station
Overview
A modern phone carries six or more radio systems in a housing smaller than a hand. Testing them one at a time on separate benches costs floor space and, more importantly, costs cycle time on every unit.
This station puts the enclosure, the automated fixture, more than fifteen test probes, and the RF switching in one place, then integrates with the instrument set and the line control sequence. The device is loaded once and the full test plan runs.
Device size is under 200 × 300 mm. Supported standards cover 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G NR, Wi-Fi 6E, GPS, and Bluetooth, with measurements for transmit power, receive level, EVM, sensitivity, and whole-unit RSE. Control runs over RS-232.
Dimensions, probe count, port complement, and standard coverage all belong to the specific configuration. Select them against the device model and the latest confirmed specification.
