Inline Automated Coupling Test System
Barcode, positioning, and auto calibration inside the line
Overview
Moving a wireless test station from a bench onto a conveyor is not a mechanical problem — it is an integration problem. The station has to know which unit it has, where the unit is, which test recipe applies, and what to do when something goes wrong, all within the line cycle time.
This system covers those four: automatic barcode reading identifies the model and serial, positioning locates the device within the fixture, the test flow switches per recipe, and automatic calibration compensation keeps the coupling path stable without manual correction.
It supports 5G and Wi-Fi 6E whole-unit testing and handles model changeover without a mechanical rebuild. Robot and conveyor interfaces, recipe rules, cycle time, fault recovery, and traceability fields are defined against the customer site and the project agreement.
