Dual-Position Drawer RF Shield Test Station
Two drawer cavities, instrument bay, and HMI in one cabinet
Overview
Splitting a test station into an enclosure here, an instrument rack there, and a PC somewhere else creates cable runs and floor clutter that get worse with every model change. This station puts all of it in one cabinet.
Two drawer cavities sit in the upper section with the HMI and status lights. The lower section holds the instruments behind vented panels, which keeps cable lengths short and puts maintenance access in one place. Castors and levelling feet let the whole station be repositioned and then levelled on an uneven floor.
Drawers can be manual or pneumatic, and the station can be tied into a line test sequence. Band coverage follows the QT4630W drawer enclosure platform at 0.5–6 GHz and can be extended per project.
