SMT Board-Level Download Shield Box
Dual-slide structure, six USB paths per side
Overview
Board-level download is a throughput problem: each PCB needs a USB connection, a download, and a verification, and doing that one board at a time at a bench does not scale. A dual-slide enclosure lets one side be loaded while the other is downloading.
Each slide can carry six USB communication paths, so a single station handles multiple boards concurrently. Working volume is 325 × 318 × 125 mm inside a 488 × 425 × 333 mm body, and the unit runs from 100–240 VAC with 5–7 bar air.
Both fully automatic and semi-automatic operation are supported. Rated current, air consumption, USB protocol and rate, per-path supply, fixture layout, actual concurrent count, and shielding band and effectiveness are all confirmed per project — the six-path figure describes the slide capacity, not a guarantee of six simultaneous full-speed downloads.
