ECG Test Station for Wearable Devices
Four parallel stations, RA/LA/RLD electrode configuration
Overview
An ECG feature on a wearable is a measurement device, and it has to be tested like one. The device has to see a known electrical signal at the electrode contacts and produce the expected response — which means simulating the body, not just checking that the app opens.
This station provides four test positions with RA, LA, and RLD electrode configuration. Output can run in parallel or sequentially depending on the test flow, and the measurement set covers dynamic range, input impedance, frequency response, and standard ECG waveforms.
Waveform sources include ECG, sine, triangle, rectangular pulse, and triangle pulse, plus playback of source waveform files, so a test can reproduce a specific recording rather than only a synthetic pattern.
